Chemsino has successfully shipped 25 tons of food emulsifiers — Propylene Glycol Esters of Fatty Acids (PGMS, E477) and Lactic Acid Esters of Mono- and Diglycerides (LACTEM, E472b) — to Mr. Thomas Keller, procurement manager of a German bakery manufacturer, further strengthening our presence in the European market.
The shipment included 15 tons of PGMS E477, a widely used emulsifier in the bakery and confectionery. Known for its ability to improve aeration, enhance crumb softness, and extend shelf life, PGMS is in high demand across the European bakery sector.
