DESCRIPTION
Sorbitan esters has strong emulsifying, dispersing and wetting properties, and is a good thickener, lubricant, stabilizer and defoamer.It acts as an emulsifier in bread and cake shortening, increases swelling and prevents staling, and is used in dessert creme designs.It should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place at room temperature.

Sorbitan Esters(S-20) should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place at room temperature. Please pay attention to sealing after opening the bag to prevent clumping. It has strong emulsifying, dispersing and wetting properties, and is a good thickener, lubricant, stabilizer and defoamer.
Application :
In confectionery:it increases the expansion of bread and resists aging, and it is used in dessert cream piping patterns. 
In ice cream: increasing the volume of ice cream.; promoting fat agglomeration in the aging stage; and promoting the interaction between fat and protein in the freezing stage
In chocolate: used in chocolate and cocoa products to prevent blooming, improve mouthfeel and increase softness.
Sorbitan Esters (S-60)
S- 60 is a Sorbitan Esters for use as a wetter, emulsifier, emulsifier O/W, and emulsifier W/O. It is part of a broad range of ester materials including sorbitan esters, mono and diglycerides, and polyoxyethylene sorbitol esters. These nonionic surfactants can function as emulsifiers, detergents, spreading or dispersing agents.
Application :
It is used in dessert cream piping patterns.Improving dispersion and incorporation of dry and liquid ingredients.
Span 60 is incorporated into bread formulas to improve dough handling and the product’s overall quality .Better foam (air/water emulsion) stabilization.
Improve stability, and impart good The structure of the mouthfeel.
Sorbitan Esters (S-80)
Because S-80 has good emulsifying and dispersing properties, and has no odor, volatility, and irritation, it has been widely used in the processing industries such as medicine, food, and cosmetics.S-80 is an extremely mild but very powerful nonionic emulsifier.
Application :
It is a great moisturizer and it helps enhance the efficacy of your products.
In ice cream: used for emulsification, dispersion and stabilization in ice cream, increasing the volume of ice cream.
When added to makeup products like mascara, foundation, or cream blush, it ensures the product does not fall off the skin.
