Glyceryl Monolaurate (GML) is an excellent food emulsifier and an internationally recognized safe, efficient, and broad-spectrum bacteriostatic agent, and probiotic efficacy. E471 food additive is used in food preservation, significantly extending the shelf life of food. Emulsifier e471 is also an ideal bread preservative and anti-aging agent. In bread production, Glyceryl Monolaurate can protect starch granules and prevent aging, thereby improving the taste of bread and extending the shelf life of bread.

Glyceryl Monolaurate (GML 40%) widely used in infant milk powder, rice flour and other products. The advantage of Glyceryl Monolaurate is that it is a safe and efficient fungicide, better than sorbic acid, benzoic acid, parabens, etc. Glyceryl Monolaurate is used in bread, cakes, steamed bread and moon cakes, functional foods and health care products.
Application :
Glyceryl Monolaurate (GML 40%) is used for the preservation of meat products, dairy products, and fruit and vegetable products.
Emulsifier e471 can enhance the efficacy of beverages and condensed milk. Some beverages (such as soy milk, peanut milk, cocoa milk, etc.) 
In cakes, GML 40% increases volume, improves texture and extends shelf life.

Application :
